Q. Why don't my pictures load?

They are probably too big. Most digital cameras these days produce images that are many megapixels (millions of little dots that go together to make a clearer, and larger, image). These huge files would grind the server to a halt. Simply resize the image before you upload. Usually, double cliking on the image will open up an editor. A size of about 600 pixels wide would be fine.

Q. What happens if I can't get my property to display on the website?

If you simply cannot get the website to display your property, and the Support Team have been unable to resolve your problem, then we shall refund the full amount of your subscription.

Q. Why do you use PayPal?

Primarily it keeps our costs down, and its a well known and familiar service to most people. You don't have to open a PayPal account. You can click on the pay by card link in the bottom left section.

Q. What if I don't rent my property?

We don't promise to find your tenant. We are an advertising service, not an agent. We shall not refund a subscription if you find a tenant elsewhere, and we make no guarantee of success.

Q. Can you provide a Tenancy Agreement?

We know an agent that can. For a reasonable fee they can produce an extensive tenancy agreement adhering to the new Deposit Protection Legislation. They can also provide Notices under Section 8 and Section 21 of the Housing Act, as well as other statutory and prescribed forms and notices. CLICK HERE
